At PawPTY we are proud to offer FREE shipping on all Australian orders. No minimums. No fine print.
Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched when it has been handed to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your address. During peak periods and public holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date your order is dispatched to our carrier. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.
🇦🇺 Australia: 3–7 business days 🇳🇿 New Zealand: 7–14 business days 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 10–18 business days 🇺🇸 United States: 10–18 business days 🌍 Rest of World: 14–21 business days
Please note that during peak periods and public holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control. International orders may also experience unexpected customs delays which could extend the delivery timeframe above.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate details may result in delayed processing or order cancellation.
If our system detects an address issue, our support team will email you to verify your shipping details within 3 business days of your order being placed. If we do not receive a response within this time we reserve the right to cancel your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at goosfred1010@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee we will be able to do so after this window.
Delayed Delivery
At PawPTY we understand that receiving your order promptly is important, and we work hard to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. However, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including severe weather, transportation disruptions, or carrier capacity issues.
If any issue arises with your order that may cause a delay, we will notify you as soon as possible and do everything we can to keep you updated. Please note that PawPTY is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors and cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been handed to our courier partner it is outside of our direct control. If your package appears to be lost or stolen, please contact us at goosfred1010@gmail.com and we will do everything we can to assist you.
We recommend also reaching out to the courier directly to file a claim, as most carriers have a dedicated process for lost or stolen packages. We will contact the courier on your behalf and follow up on your claim with any updates.
Please note that PawPTY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been dispatched. However we will always go above and beyond to help resolve the situation. If a package cannot be located we may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances. If the package is confirmed undeliverable we recommend filing a police report.

PawPTY reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the most current version of this policy before making a purchase. By purchasing PawPTY products, customers indicate their acceptance of this Shipping Policy including any future modifications.
